Position: Regional OEM Sales manager
Regional OEM Sales Manager
The Sales Representative will find opportunities and develop relationships with device manufacturers technology, audio/video and storage, mobile and imaging related companies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Define target accounts and establish penetration strategies within the computer imaging/video peripherals.
• Demonstrate and posses great knowledge of ArcSoft products.
• Deep understanding of competition, technology and products specific to Digital Imaging, Retail Photo industry and Video & DVD.
• Execute revenue generating agreements with targeted companies.
• Structure and negotiate pricing and contracts.
• Effectively communicate with various teams in the organization concerning progress, obstacles, and opportunities.
• Participate in regularly schedule department meetings.
• Generate required reports.
• Requires up to 50% travel.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Account management experience in both start-up and large companies.
• Experience in OEM software sales.
• Experience in planning and developing business/sales strategies in competitive, fast-paced industries.
• Experience in selling digital imaging, mobile, audio/video or DVD authoring software is a big plus, including audio/video codecs, software and firmware for mobile devices, digital cameras, digital video, multi-function devices, DVD recorders and related CE or PC peripheral devices.
• Proven track record of building relationships with large global customers.
• Excellent presentation, writing, analytical, organizational, computer, written and verbal communication skills.
