CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people! We have an immediate need for a Systems Administrator.

This is a long term W2 contract position for 12 mos with the following skill set:

Ability to work in Windows-based GUI applications, specifically experience with incident/problem/asset management application administration. Examples of such applications: Peregrine, Remedy, IncidentMonitor, eESM - especially those that are ITIL compliant. Familiarity with workflow, field validation rules, and user/account administration concepts required.

No travel is required

Iam interest in REMEDY ADMINISTRATOR, I have one year experience in remedy administrator.
• Manage access control and AR System licenses.
• Create AR System object using Remedy Administrator. Adding (groups, new users, assign users to groups).
• Day-to-day maintenance, user account creation, testing, deploying,
troubleshooting and administration of the help desk and Asset Management Remedy Systems.
Coordinate development effort with internal team member as well as other teams
